さあ、今日は動画から英語を学ぶ日曜日に投稿したかった内容です。

わくわくすること、ずっとやりたかったサイトの編集が少しできた！

では、本題行ってみましょう！

私と娘は最近Food系の番組や動画にはまっています。昔に比べて食レポ系や調理する番組って日本でも増えてますよね。

今我が家がはまっているのは、「zumbo’s just desserts」という番組で、スイーツを作って競ってという番組です。他にも動画で、秘境っぽいところでワイルドに料理する動画、とにかく芸術的なスイーツを作る動画なんかにもはまっています！

私たちの目から見たら外国の料理がすごく興味を惹くものであるのと同じで、外国人の方には日本人の料理って興味深いんですよね。

外国の方による日本文化と共に日本の食を紹介する動画を本当に沢山見かけます今日はそんな中から選びました！

世界中の食レポをしているSonnyが浅草に！

【Sonny】Welcome to Tokyo Japan. Today we have come to the episode of all things bustling busy and yummy. Last time I tool on the hundred dollar street food challenge in Korea’s Myeong-dong market where they were selling cheese covered Lobster for 15$. Today we were in Tokyo’s Asakusa area.
（日本へようこそ！今日はみなさんにせわしくておいしい品物を紹介していきますね。前回、100$を持って韓国の明洞市場に行って、15$のチーズが乗ったロブスターを食べたりしましたが、今日は東京の浅草で挑戦です！）

We’re gonna see if I can spend $100 on Japanese Street food in under one hour. I’ll take down everything from sweet to savory and learn why the best food is almost always at the end of a long line. So count your pennies and hit the streets. Today we’re eating big in Tokyo Japan.

―人形焼き屋ー

What a fun place! We just went to this little dessert shop. It’s nice little counter, they have a man to side he is placing  inside a type of batter and then bean and then more batter they kind of press and cook this food. This food in this bag right now still like steaming
（何て楽しい場所なんでしょう！この小さなスイーツ屋さんへ来ました。いい感じの小さなカウンターで、男性が両面焼きの機械で何かバターのようなものを焼いて、中にはあんこ、そしてまたさらにバターのようなものをのせて、圧縮しているみたいな料理ですね。この袋の中の食べ物はすごく湯気が出ているね）

This food in this bag right now still like steaming hot. You can see it’s frogging up inside the bag. Very warm. This is called NIngyo yaki. yaki just means looked inside of a griddle like takoyaki like the octopus one. Oh and here it’s the first classic shape and look.  These are pressed in this special shapes I think  it’s building.
（この袋の中のこの料理はまだ熱いなあ。ほら、こんなに中が曇ってて。とても熱い。人形焼きと呼ばれるもので、焼きというのは鉄板でという意味かな、たこ焼きみたいな、あの蛸の。（袋を開けて）わお、すごく伝統的な形だよ、見て。特別な形にされていて、ああこれは多分建物だね）

 

―団子屋ー

We’ve come to our next street food destination and finally something a little bit more savory. they have a few different kinds a couple that are really popular. Can I pick it up? She’s gonna.. Oh thank you. I think I just ordered this on accident. i’m gonna also get one of these please? Oh she’s making it fresh and she dips it into kind of a sweet sauce. Okay. Perfect.
（次の食べ物に行こう！ああ、やっとちょっとピリッとした感じのいい風味のするものにきたね。色んな種類のものがあって、いくつかのものはすごく人気なものだよ。これってここから取っていいの？彼女は・・ああ、ありがとう！なんだか偶然注文しちゃったみたい。これももらっていい？わお、注文してから今それに甘いソースをかけるわけね。いいね、完璧）

We have dinner , we have dessert in a way. The pounded rice with some soy sauce on tops and seaweed on top of that. Let’s try it out. Oh.. it’s like so thick it’s not solid but it’s very thick and gummy. It tastes good. That’s just some funky interesting flavors but super salty savory soy sauce sea flavor.
（こっちは夕食、こっちはデザート。砕米に醤油のソースが上にかかっていて、一番上には海苔だね。食べてみよう。お、結構分厚い。固くはないんだけど分厚くて、歯ごたえがあるね。おいしいよ。面白い風味で、塩気の多いソースに海苔でいい感じ。）

Bam! Dessert. I suspect that inside of here there might be more red beans. Let’s find out. Sweet on the outside but it’s kind of a tangy savory sweetness. Is that also made from….there’s something inside of there. Nobody warned me what was inside. Let me see if I can show you. Oh my god I knew it. IT’s beans. People here love beans. They got me on that one. That was sneaky.
（じゃ～ん！こっちはデザート。もしかしてここにも小豆が入ってるんじゃないかなって疑ってるんだけど。まあ見てみましょう！外側が甘くて、でもこれ食事にもなる風味で甘い。これってもしかして・・中に何か入っています！誰も中に何が入ってるか忠告してくれなかった。今見せてあげますね。ほら！わかってたんだ。おまめです。ここの人たちは本当に豆が好きなんだね。これはうまくだましたな。こっそり入ってるね）

こういうのって日本人が見ても面白いですもんね！

鯛焼き買いに行って、すぐ渡されると妙技見れないから逆に残念ですもんね。
