Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas, is not attending the wedding because he is undergoing heart surgery tomorrow at 7:30 a.m., Thomas told TMZ. His latest update follows his previous calls to the outlet during which he told them he checked himself into the hospital after having severe chest pain yesterday and that he wanted to go walk Meghan down the aisle if the hospital discharged him so he could travel to England for the royal wedding Saturday. He had been trying to get doctors to let him leave Wednesday.
“They [doctors] will go in and clear blockage, repair damage and put a stent where it is needed,” Thomas told TMZ. Thomas suffered a heart attack seven days ago, he told TMZ yesterday. Now, he’s saying his son Thomas Jr.’s letter to Prince Harry pleading for him not to marry Meghan was what triggered it. Meghan is close to neither her half-brother or half-sister, but they have been dragging her to the press for months.
Meghan’s call and text to her father had convinced him to attend the wedding originally, he told TMZ. A friend of the couple told Daily Mail yesterday that, above all, Harry and Meghan are very worried about Thomas. “She and Prince Harry are begging for people to give him some space,” the source said. “They have been saying this for weeks, while trying to offer him support and help.

メ―ガン・マークルの父親のトーマスは明日の心臓手術のためにロイヤルウェディングへは参加できない予定であるとTMZに語った。前回までの最新情報では、激しい胸の痛みを昨日感じた彼は病院に行き、もし病院が彼を退院させてくれたら娘メ―ガンの式に参加したいということで、そうすれば土曜日のイギリスでの式に参加するために旅行できると。
医師たちは閉塞しているところをクリアにし損傷を治療し、必要なところにステントを入れると言っている
とトーマスはTMZに語った。彼は７日前に心臓発作を起こしたと昨日TMZに語っていた。彼は自分の息子がハリー王子にメ―ガンと結婚しないようにと当てた手紙が引き金となったと言っている。メ―ガンは異母兄弟とは近しくしていないが、数か月もの間報道をにぎわせている。
メ―ガンの電話とメールによって、彼は当初は挙式に参加するように説得されていたとTMZは伝えた。メ―ガンとハリー王子の友人はDaily Mailに昨日、結局のところ二人はトーマスのことをとても心配していると語ったという。
彼女とハリー王子は、世間がトーマスのことをそっとしておいてほしいと願っている
とのことで、

ロイヤルウェディング迫ってますが相当問題多いですね。
メ―ガンの両親は彼女が幼いころに離婚していますが、このトーマスにはメ―ガンの母と結婚する前に
離婚歴があり、子供もいたんですね。その異母兄弟がメ―ガンは薄情者だとか、結婚しないほうがいいと手紙を出したりして世間を騒がせていて・・という流れからの
今回はパパがパパラッチと共謀して写真（ネットカフェでロイヤルウェディングのことを検索し、写真を眺めてるという構図）を撮らせていたことが判明し、この写真をパパラッチは約1500万円で売却したという。
で病気のせいにしているっぽいけど、これが原因で挙式に参加しないのではとの流れ。
どうなんですかね～。メ―ガン可哀想すぎる。
