さあ、今日は動画から英語を学ぶ日曜日に投稿したかった内容です。

まさか高校時代には自分が20年後、テンション上げるために車の中で山嵐を熱唱してるとは思いませんでした。two decades….

では、今回ご紹介する動画は、世間の話題をかっさらったNormani（ノーマニ）です！

MVの完成度やばいのに、まさかVMAでもありえないくらいキメてくれました！

Normaniの時代ですね。完全に彼女の世界！！

（Interviewer）It’s not your first time here at the rodeo, this is your first solo performance.　

Are you nervous?

ここに来るのは初めてではないけど、ソロとしては初のパフォーマンスだよね。

緊張してる？

 

（Normani) I feel like I should be more nervous than I am, but I’m excited.

もっと緊張すべきだなって思うんだけど、とにかくワクワクしてるの！

That I feel like the world has yet to experience, so ‘I’m more excited than anything just to be like, this is who I am. This is who I’ve known that I was all along.

まだ経験したことないようなことだから、とにかく緊張とかよりもわくわくしてるわね。

みんなに今まで見せたかった私を見せたいし、見てもらえるのが嬉しい。

 

（Interviewer）You’ve got the world talking.

世界中が君の話してるよね。

 

(Normani) Thank you.

ありがとう

 

（Interviewer）Now, “Motivation ” is your first single all by yourself. Stepping out on your own. How does it feel?

えっと、”モチベーション”は君自身としての初めてのシングルで、一人で自分自身で踏み出した曲でもあるよね。それについてどう思う？

 

(Normani)　Incredible.　You know it’s really scary at times, especially ‘cause I’m an artist that’s really sensitive about my craft and especially ‘cause you put so much hard work you know into the video and the studio, and then you give people the opportunity to pick it apart, but honestly, the  reaction has been really positive and incredible.

すばらしいわ。時には怖いこともあるの、特に私は自分の作品に対してセンシティブな方だし、特にそうね、ビデオでもスタジオでも力を入れてきた作品なら尚更よね。

それを人々に選んでもらうっていう。正直いって、本当にポジティブですばらしい反応をもらってるわ。

I didn’t expect it to be as massive as it was.

こんな大きな反響もらえるなんて期待してなかったの。

I was seeing all the different videos that they were making to kind of  recreate the music video and they learned the choreo so quickly.

色んなビデオを見て、そこからインスピレーションをもらって作り変える感じで、すごく早く振り付け習ったり。

They tried the basketball scene, and got it, that was… I was very impressed.

バスケのシーンもやろうってなって、やったわ。感動したわ。

 

(Interviewer) But just for the record, was that CGI or was it real?

ちょっと聞きたいんだけど、あれって合成？本当に？

 

(Normani) No, that was real. Yeah, it was real. The first time I did it, it didn’t look like that. It was trash. But I had time to practice.

あれは本当にやったのよ。まやったの。最初やったときはあんな感じには出来なかったわ、最悪だった。でも練習したの。

 

(Interviewer) Now you mentioned that basketball scene. Seems like everyone on social media’s trying to recreate it.

今バスケのシーンについて話してくれたけど、SNS上でみんなあのシーンに挑戦しようとしてるよね。
